It all started in 1957 with a small agency called ARPA (Advanced Research Project Alliance) but there focus wasn't for facebook or shopping but for military projects and scientific technology
Next, MIT started to communicate over the ARPA like small phone-like conversations
IN 1969, the ALPANET began to open big college schools to research and the first note was sent from UCLA to SRI
1973, ALPAnet goes globally and a year later, TCP is develop to allow quicker research
1982, first use of the word "internet" is used when created TCP/IC and two years later, 1000 host were added.
1985, first domain name is used: Symbolics.com and in 1987, over 10,000 host are around.
1991, Tim Berners-Lee invented the World Wide Web and surprisingly, in two years, it grew up 341,634%. That's pretty good!
And now billions of people continue to use it for daily livings such as homework and blogging.
